Deep Cleaning includes everything in our Regular Cleaning service, with additional attention to areas that require more detailed care. Depending on the home, this may include:

• Detailed baseboard cleaning
• Doors, door frames, and handles
• Window sills and frames
• Detailed removal of buildup and soap residue
• Extra attention to bathroom fixtures, showers, and tubs
• Detailed kitchen surfaces and backsplash
• Cabinet and drawer exteriors
• Detailed dusting of fixtures, décor, and accessible surfaces
• Cleaning underneath and behind easily movable furniture
• Additional attention to corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas

Interior oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior windows, and other specialty services are available as add-ons and are not automatically included in Deep Cleaning.

Yes. Our team arrives with the cleaning supplies and basic equipment needed to complete your service.

If you prefer that we use specific products in your home — whether due to personal preference, delicate surfaces, pets, or another reason — you’re welcome to provide them. Just let us know before your appointment so we can make a note for your cleaning team.

Absolutely. Additional services can be added to your cleaning based on your home’s needs. Popular add-ons include:

We recommend requesting additional services in advance so we can reserve enough time for your appointment and provide an accurate quote.

If you request an additional service on the day of your cleaning, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, depending on the team’s schedule and the amount of additional time required.

No. You’re welcome to be home during your cleaning, but it isn’t required.

Many of our clients provide access through a door code, lockbox, concierge or front desk, or another pre-arranged method. If you won’t be home, please make sure we have clear access instructions before the appointment.

We want the process to be as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Cleaning time varies depending on the size and condition of the home, the type of service requested, and any additional services selected. As a general guideline:

• Studio or 1 bedroom: approximately 2–3 hours
• 2–3 bedrooms: approximately 3–5 hours
• Larger homes: approximately 4–6+ hours

Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, homes requiring extra attention, and additional services may take longer. For larger projects, we may also assign more than one cleaning professional to complete the service efficiently.
